besan (gram flour)

2 cups

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon

aamchur (dry mango powder)

1/2 teaspoon

baking soda

1/4 teaspoon

Salt to taste

oil

2 tablespoons

chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons

chopped green chillies

2 tablespoons

chopped onion

2 tablespoons

chopped tomato

2 tablespoons

chopped capsicum

2 tablespoons

chopped carrot

2 tablespoons

chopped cabbage

2 tablespoons

chopped spinach

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, aamchur, baking soda and salt.

Step 2:

Add the oil and mix well.

Step 3:

Add the chopped vegetables and mix well.

Step 4:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 5:

Grease the pan with a little oil.

Step 6:

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.

Step 7:

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.

Step 8:

Flip the chilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 9:

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
