In a large bowl, mix together the besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, aamchur, baking soda and salt.
Add the oil and mix well.
Add the chopped vegetables and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Grease the pan with a little oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Flip the chilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
