Chikoo, also known as sapodilla, is a tropical fruit native to Mexico and Central America. It has a sweet, slightly tangy flavor and a soft, creamy texture. The fruit is round or oval in shape and has a brown skin. Inside, the flesh is yellow-brown and contains several large, black seeds. Chikoo is a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Directions

Step 1:

Peel and deseed the chikoo and cut into small pieces.

Step 2:

Place the chikoo pieces in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3:

Add the chilled milk, sugar, vanilla extract and ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.

Step 4:

Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve chilled. Enjoy!
