Chikoo, also known as sapodilla, is a tropical fruit native to Mexico and Central America. It has a sweet, slightly tangy flavor and a soft, creamy texture. The fruit is round or oval in shape and has a brown skin. Inside, the flesh is yellow-brown and contains several large, black seeds. Chikoo is a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. It can be eaten fresh, cooked, or made into jams, jellies, milkshakes and other desserts.

Peel and deseed the chikoo and cut into small pieces.
Place the chikoo pieces in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the chilled milk, sugar, vanilla extract and ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
