Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from oven and let cool. Once cooled, shred chicken with two forks.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken, tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and lettuce.
Place the second tortilla on top and cook for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown.
Flip the wrap and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cut into slices. Serve warm. Enjoy!
