In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for an hour.
In a large heavy skillet ahead, heat the oil over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Add chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Stir in garam masala, ground coriander, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with steamed basmati rice.
