Chicken Tikka is a classic Indian dish made with chunks of chicken marinated in traditional Indian spices and yogurt and then cooked to perfection in a tandoor. However, this version teaches you how to prepare it in an oven. The chicken pieces are juicy and bursting with flavor. It's usually served with naan (Indian bread) or rice, and a side of mint or coriander chutney. It's packed with protein and key minerals.
