boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 lb.

plain yogurt

1/2 cup

freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons

tandoori masala

2 tablespoons

ground cumin

1 teaspoon

ground coriander

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

ground ginger

1 teaspoon

garlic powder

1 teaspoon

paprika

1 teaspoon

cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, cumin, coriander, garam masala, ginger, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Step 2:

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.

Step 3:

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 4:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 5:

Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 6:

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
