Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, olive oil, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, nutmeg, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

Step 2:

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 3:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 4:

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 5:

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, and mint.

Step 6:

Heat the pita breads in the oven for 5 minutes.

Step 7:

To assemble the shawarma, spread the tahini sauce and hummus on the pita breads. Top with the cooked chicken, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and feta cheese.

Step 8:

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
