In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, onion, cilantro, mint, green chillies, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Take a handful of the chicken mixture and shape it into a kabab.
Dip the kabab in the bread crumbs and then place it in the pan.
Fry the kabab for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
