Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, honey to the pan. Stir and let the sauce simmer for a while.
Put the chicken back into the pan, reduce the heat and let it simmer in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
