garlic, minced

2 cloves

ginger, minced

curry powder

Salt to taste

Step 1:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2:

Cook and stir onions, garlic, and ginger in the hot oil until the onion is lightly browned.

Step 3:

Add chicken and cook until slightly browned.

Step 4:

Add curry powder, paprika, and salt and stir until coated.

Step 5:

Stir in coconut milk and tomatoes, bring to a boil.

Step 6:
