In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
Add the chicken cubes and mix well.
Add the oil and mix again.
Add water as required and mix to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove the pakodas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
