Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat two eggs.
Dip chicken cubes into the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs.
Repeat until all chicken cubes are coated.
In a deep fryer or large saucepan, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the coated chicken cubes in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
