A mixture of ground chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, and spices is filled in a thin rolled dough circle and formed into a dumpling. The dumplings are then steamed until cooked through. They are often served with a dipping sauce made from tomato, garlic, and chilies.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, cabbage, carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, salt, sugar, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Take one dumpling wrapper and place 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center.
Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges together to seal.
Place the momo on a plate and repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Place the momos in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the momos with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
