Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the oil and warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.

Flatten each ball into a circle and spoon 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center.

Step 7:

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.

Step 8:

Place the momos on a steamer basket and steam for 10 minutes.

Step 9:

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
