boneless chicken, cut into cubes

1 lb

plain yogurt

1/2 cup

garam masala

1 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon


1 teaspoon

garlic paste

Salt to taste


2 tablespoons

chopped cilantro

1/4 cup



Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.

Step 2:

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until all the pieces are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4:

Add the marinated chicken cubes and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy!
