Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch, vegetable oil, soy sauce, water, white vinegar, ketchup, and sugar.

Step 3:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Add the green onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Stir to combine.

Step 6:

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7:

Serve the Chicken Manchurian over steamed rice. Enjoy!
