Chicken Fry Biryani is a savory and spicy dish popular in Indian cuisine. It consists of basmati rice, chicken, and a blend of aromatic spices. The chicken is first marinated in a mixture of yogurt and spices, then pan-fried to perfection. The fried chicken pieces are then layered with semi-cooked rice and cooked on a low flame, which infuses the rich flavors throughout the dish. This dish is often garnished with fried onions, boiled eggs, and served with raita or curry.
