About

Chicken Dum Biryani is a popular Indian dish made with basmati rice, chicken, and a variety of spices. The chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices, then cooked in a sealed pot with the rice. This method of cooking, known as dum, allows the flavors to infuse and the chicken to remain tender. The result is a flavorful, aromatic dish that is often served with raita.
