Chicken cutlet or chicken patties is a snack that is made by breading and pan frying chicken mince. The chicken mince is flavoured with garlic, green chili, cumin powder and coriander leaves, Flour or an egg is added to bind everything together and then made into small patties. It is them crumbed and fried and served with ketchup or mint chutney.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
Place flour in a shallow dish.
In a separate shallow dish, combine eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each cutlet in the flour, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken cutlets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer chicken cutlets to a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
