Marinate the chicken cubes with soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and cornflloor. Toss them well and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. Drain and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, green chilies, capsicum, and onions. Sauté them over high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the fried chicken, salt, pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot as an appetizer or with fried rice.
