Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon, salt, and ginger garlic paste for at least an hour.
Add cornflour to the marinated chicken and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add chopped green chilies and curry leaves.
Stir-fry for a minute and then add the fried chicken and stir well.
Dish it out and serve it hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
