green chillies, chopped

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté till golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for a minute.

Step 3:

Now, add the tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Step 4:

At this stage, add the chicken pieces. Cook them until they turn white.

Step 5:

Now, add all the spices and salt. Cook it on medium-low heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavours are well combined.

Step 6:

Serve hot with rice or bread.
