honey

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon

ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1:

In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir until combined.

Step 2:

Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3:

When ready to serve, stir the pudding and top with fresh fruit, if desired. Enjoy!
