olive oil

diced onion

1/2 cup

diced bell pepper

1/2 cup

diced tomatoes

1/2 cup

diced ham

1/2 cup

shredded cheese

1/2 cup

garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Add the cheese and stir until melted.

Step 7:

Serve warm. Enjoy!
