In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, peanuts, roasted chana, sesame seeds, dry coconut, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, capsicum, raw mango, lemon, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, black salt, black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, sugar, tamarind paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black mustard seeds, asafoetida, and oil.
Mix all the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the mixture.
Stir the mixture continuously for about 5 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
Serve the chatpata mixture hot or cold. Enjoy!
