wheat flour

oil

warm water

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the wheat flour and salt.

Step 2:

Add the oil and mix until it is evenly distributed.

Step 3:

Slowly add the warm water and mix until a soft dough is formed.

Step 4:

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 6:

Divide the dough into small balls.

Step 7:

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin circle.

Step 8:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 9:

Place the rolled out chappathi on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 10:

Flip the chappathi and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 11:

Serve hot with your favorite accompaniment.
