Roll each portion into a thin circle.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 9:

Place the chapati on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until it starts to puff up.

Step 10:

Flip the chapati and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 11:

Brush the chapati with ghee and cook for another 30 seconds.

Step 12:

Serve the chapati with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy!
