cooked chickpeas

sprouted chana

1 cup

diced cucumber

1/2 cup

diced red onion

1/4 cup

diced tomatoes

1/4 cup

chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup

freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup

olive oil

1 tablespoon

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, sprouted chana, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3:

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Step 4:

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
