Add water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Add black tea leaves, sugar, ginger powder, cardamom, and cinnamon to the boiling water.
Allow the tea to steep for about 2-3 minutes.
Add milk and sugar to the saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Strain the chai into a cup and serve it hot with snacks or breakfast.
