chopped fresh coriander leaves

chopped fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and sugar until combined.

Step 2:

Add the cold water and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3:

Add the chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix until combined.

Step 4:

Serve the chaas chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
