Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat with the spices.
Add water and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
