cumin seeds

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1/2 teaspoon

Step 1:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is softened and lightly browned.

Step 4:

Add ginger, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, amchur powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

Step 5:

Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat with the spices.

Step 6:

Add water and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7:

Uncover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Step 8:

Garnish with cilantro and serve.
