green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1:

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3:

Dredge the chicken cubes in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Step 4:

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Add the cashews and cook for 1 minute.

Step 6:

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Step 7:

Pour the sauce over the chicken and cashews and cook for 1 minute.

Step 8:

Stir in the green onions and cook for 1 minute.

Step 9:

Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
