Directions

Step 1:

Rinse the carrots, ginger, apple, and lemon properly.

Step 2:

Peel the carrots, ginger and apple. Remove the apple core and seeds.

Step 3:

Cut the ingredients into pieces that can easily fit into your juicer feed.

Step 4:

Start juicing by adding a piece of carrot, then a piece of apple, then ginger and finally squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lemon.

Step 5:

Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy fresh, or you can also refrigerate it for later use.
