grated carrots

ghee

sugar

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

chopped almonds

1/4 cup

chopped cashews

1/4 cup

raisins

1/4 cup

cardamom powder

Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add milk and sugar and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:

Add almonds, cashews, and raisins and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 6:

Cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

Step 7:

Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
