Add the shredded cabbage and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the grated coconut and mix well.
Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with rice or chapati. Enjoy!
