Directions

Step 1:

Chop the cabbage finely and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 3:

Once the seeds crackle, add the chopped green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 5:

Now add the chopped cabbage and mix well. Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat. Stir occasionally.

Step 6:

Once the cabbage is cooked, turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 7:

Cabbage Sabzi is ready to serve. It can be served with roti, paratha or rice.
