Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté till they turn golden brown.
Add the shredded cabbage, diced carrots and green peas. Stir fry until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
Add the cooked rice to the vegetables. Add soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
Mix everything well, so the rice is well coated with the sauces and combined with the vegetables.
Cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve the delicious Cabbage Fried Rice hot.
