Butter Roti is a type of Indian flatbread. It is made with whole wheat flour, water, and salt. The dough is kneaded and then rolled out into thin circles. The roti is then cooked on a hot griddle or tawa until it is golden brown and crispy. The roti is then brushed with melted butter and served hot. Butter Roti is usually served with curries, dals, and other Indian dishes.
