Step 1:

Preheat oven to 180 C.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt.

Step 3:

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 4:

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring until just combined.

Step 5:

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

Step 6:

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.

Step 7:

Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
