Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, black salt, garam masala, amchur powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, and sugar.

Step 2:

Add the boondi and mix well.

Step 3:

Add the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and green chillies.

Step 4:

Add salt to taste and mix everything together.

Step 5:

Serve chilled.
