Boondi Ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet made with chickpea flour, sugar, ghee, and cardamom. The chickpea batter is dropped into hot ghee in small droplets, which are then fried until golden brown. The fried boondi is then mixed with sugar syrup and cardamom powder to form a sticky mixture. The mixture is then shaped into small round balls and garnished with nuts. Boondi Ladoo is a popular sweet dish served during festivals and special occasions.
