Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the boondi and fry until golden brown.

Step 3:

Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.

Step 4:

Add the sugar, almonds, cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5:

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a round laddu.

Step 6:

Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Step 7:

Serve the boondi laddus warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
