Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate it in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, spices, and salt. Let it sit for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
Skewer the chicken cubes onto skewers.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Lightly oil the grill grates and arrange the skewers on the grill.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char to it.
Serve the chicken tikka with mint chutney or yoghurt sauce.
