Soak the white chana in water for at least 8 hours.
Drain the water and rinse the chana.
In a pressure cooker, add the chana, 2 cups of water, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur powder, oil, and ginger-garlic paste.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and check if the chana is cooked.
