Soak the Rajma overnight in enough water.
Drain the water and rinse the Rajma.
Pressure cook the Rajma with 2 cups of water for 4-5 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves and bay leaf.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add onion and sauté till it turns golden brown.
Add tomato, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder and salt.
Sauté for a few minutes till the masala is cooked.
Add the cooked Rajma and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes till the Rajma is well blended with the masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
