Drain the soaked chickpeas and rinse them.
In a pressure cooker, add the chickpeas, chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil and salt.
Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Once the pressure releases, open the lid and mash the chickpeas lightly with a spoon.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
