whole chicken

olive oil

2 tablespoons

garlic, minced

2 cloves

dried oregano

1 teaspoon

dried thyme

1 teaspoon

paprika

1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

black pepper

1 teaspoon

chicken broth

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:

Place the chicken in a roasting pan.

Step 3:

Rub the chicken with the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 4:

Pour the chicken broth into the roasting pan.

Step 5:

Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Step 6:

Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 7:

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
