Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
Pressure cook the chana with salt and 2 cups of water for 8-10 whistles or until soft, but not mushy.
Drain the chana water and add the boiled chana to a bowl.
Add the coriander powder, chat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, tomato and cucumber.
Add the cilantro and lemon and stir to combine.
Serve as a tangy evening snack!
