Add the onion, green chilies, and tomato. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan and mix well.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until the flavors are blended.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
