Crush the biscuits in a blender until they turn to crumbles.
Mix in sugar and cocoa powder into the biscuit crumbles and blend once more.
Gradually add the milk and butter and blend until well combined.
Pour the biscuit mixture into a cake tin and gently press it down.
Refrigerate the cake overnight or for a couple of hours until it's set and firm.
Once set, remove from the fridge to cut and serve.
